With a straw colour presenting green glints, the muscat of Saint Jean de Minervois smells scarcely (freshly) harvested grapes.
It develops very delicate and intense fragrances of citronella, apricot, quince, mandarine and honey.
you will be surprised by its long lenght of finish and freshness and you can taste it with pâté de foie gras as well as strong cheeses.
Gastronomes use the Muscat de Saint Jean in their best recipies but you can of course enjoy it as an aperitif too !
